All of the previous versions of Windows supported a "send to" power tool that would allow you to browse where you wanted to copy/move a file to. I can not get the tool to install on Vista. Does anyone know of a similar tool or how I can get this to install?

I just downloaded the Windows Vista SDK, as .img DVD image file. Now I would like to use it! Is it possible to mount it without burning a DVD?

I have to use alternate utilities for advanced purposes, if I try to do it with Explorer it is either not possible OR too much time consuming, here is my list of "possible" improvements that can be done to Windows Explorer.

Sorry But most users want to be able to Delete folders and files they created or created by programs for temporary use. I don't wan to use Dos like commands for deleting those and I do NOT wan to be ask 5 times if I really Want to do that also I do Want to Have Special

The update dialog for briefcase shows only the first few letters of the file NAME under the icon - the path is given in the next column ... but there is no way to see what file is being referred to - no tooltip, no nothing. Is it this machine, me or Vista... and which is fixable?: ...

I am running as a standard user, and still (even more so), UAC is doing my head in intensely. I've been trying to move and delete files (organise) between some partitions and I found myself swearing and punching the monitor and stamping on the keyboard because of UAC.

I am running into a wierd Chkdsk problem with Vista (Ultimate x86). Of course a Chkdsk requires a check at boot if you want to correct errors. At times when I do this, the system comes up, shows the scheduled Chkdsk and then immediately says it is cancelled. This is without me ...

OK...I know Vista is the NEW Windows...but surely the Search function could have been made a bit more user friendly to the computer illiterate. I click on Start...and in the Search box typed *.pst
