I am using xp home.
I have a data list of names addresses etc stored in Xl.
When I use word - or avery's own program I get as far as "open data file.  
reqest     entire spread sheet . On clicking OK the nest headline says "Word

In Windows Email, I wanted to delete items piling up in the deleted folder.  
My deleted folder has two subfolders for some reason. All items are gone from
deleted items as well as all items from the two subfolders of the deleted
items folder.

In the root directory of my OS drive there were a number of empy folders
created by something - I assume it was Vista.  They all have names like:
