In many folders on my computer Explorer doesn't see a number of files.  It
will see some of them but not all.  Could it be that the hard drive index is
incomplete?  
What is weird is that other programs (Irfanview for one) can see these files

I am having trouble with my pictures folder and music folder which both look
like normal folders and I would like them to be what they are intended to be

i have  window vista premium but can not gain access to recover some programs

I'm trying to delete a folder that contained a wmv file... I deleted the
file and the folder's empty but when I try to remove the folder I get the
following error:
"Could not find this item... This is no longer located in C:\users....

I opened one of the many icons at the bottom right of the screen on my new
computer with Windows Vista Home Premium loaded.  This opened a window
listing all the folders on my system, with a title of "Watched Folder
Settings".  It says I can start or stop Folder Watching here, ...

In earlier versions of Windows, it was easy to move the "My Documents" folder
to another location. Right-clicking on the folder on the desktop, and
choosing Properies, there was the coice. And so all programmes wood point to
the new location for saving or opening files.

I have just purchased a new computer which has vista and so far I have not
been able to transfer files from my old computer to my new one and be able to
open them. The files appear in my docs but when  I try to open them I get an

We were exceptionally pleased to see that Windows Vista included functions
for shrinking and expanding hard disk volumes.  However, aren't these

I got a new Dell computer with Windows vista already on it, and everything
has been fine, until I had a weird issue with a game I tried to install.  I
think the game was not Vista compatable.
