OK, I must be missing something obvious... How do I do an XP style search? You remember, right-click a folder, click "Search", and have Vista search the selected folder? I've been unable to find this primitive operation.

Ok I've got this problem: The User folders, containing documents, pictures, music, video's and stuff normally normally have nice specific icons for each folder, like most folders in the picture:

All of a sudden some programs start and go away, some others won't even start. As an example: I start "Gspot v2.70a", it starts and the progress bar starts moving to the end; and then Gspot closes.
