I would like to know why and how I can fix this. My c:\ drive where windows is installed appears as the D:\ drive in dos and in windows setup and repair... even though its already installed on the c:\ when i do a chkdsk or anything on the drive I have to do

I'm trying to move the Public folder to a different volume. Help is clear, and I was able to move the user folder with no issues. However, the Public folder (under Locations) doesn't give me the 'move' option. It lists the current location, but I can't edit it or change it.
