Although this has pretty much worked for months, today (and a couple of weeks

I seem to have deleted my trash bin. No clue how I did this but it happened.
I went into control panel and just dragged it back on to my desktop but it's
coming up as hidden and invisible. How do I fix this and get it back to

I have office 2003 professional and vista ultimate. Preview pane in explorer
previews pictures music and even adobe pdf files but willl not do office docs
from word or excel. microsoft support says it does not do them ...

Hi, I am on Vista 64 SP1 Home Version.
Under Computer, the Local Disk C: shows I have used 57GB of C drive.
But in C Drive, I highlighted all the folders and hit properities, it
shows only about 47 or so GB. I have enalbed display all hidden files

Hello there, I recently got a new computer with Vista Home Premium
32bit, and have been participating in the warhammer online closed beta

I've recently had a rather disturbing experience with Vista Backup.
I recently had to restore my D: (data) drive from a full file backup.
The backup was only a day old, so no data should have been missing.

I decided to format my computer then I copied my document, my pictures, my
music and downloads folder to another partition drive's 'backup' folder.
Before I format my C drive, I checked copied files are safe and I can access
all of files.

Im trying to setup a backup in Vista, but I don't want the system to monitor
certain locations, such as my download folder and others such as where I
have subversion repositories and change too fast and too often.
Is that even possible ?
