I tried burning a disk with vista, it gave a message of burning fail
and option of "deleting the temporary burn files" i clicked on that. But
my disk space has gone low and when i search the files are showing in

Is there any way to get rid of that warning message every time I run a
certain program where I do trust the the provider. I run the program about 3
times a day, and it is beginning to tick me off to have to keep saying I
trust the provider.

Did anyone notice that Vista calculates free disk space wrong?
I'm using a D: drive for storing data. The drive hosts many Virtual PC hard disks, approx. 20 GB each. The drive is marked to compress all files.
There is approx. 70 GB free disk space on D: (according to Windows ...

How do I do this:
Due to company policy, my "Documents" folder gets relocated to a folder on
our SBS server. As far as I can tell, my only option if want to include
these files in my Vista search index is to make these files offline

How do I get Windows Explorer to always use by default the Details view. I
have change the Views to Details, then gone to Organize->Folder and Search
Options->View tab of Folder Options Dialog. Then clicked on Apply to Folder.
But when I start up Eplorere sometime it still ...

I've been reading some of the posts about permissions ect...I've had the

I don't know why but Vista would not let me copy files to a network
computer. But I think I solved that

When I move or copy a file(s) I get the error message: Windows Host
Process (Rundll32) has stopped working - sometimes several times. The
files do move or copy ok.  Any suggestions as to how to correct?

A Malware /Spyware just "messed up" my start menu folder

Machine was XP. Has another drive ('D:'), that drive has a large folder
(10GB) named 'x'.
Machine upgrade to Vista64. On 'C:' of course, and 'D:' was unaffected,
as expected.

When i will delete files (most photoshop) from my harddrive or a network
drive the explorer disapear and i most start the explorer again. And most off
the times when i will delete a file windows sais that the file is in use but
there in no one who use these file.

Hi there, just got a new PC with Vista, and was disappointed at the new
'expandable'-looking folder thumbnails. Is there a way to make the
folder appear flat and with a chosen thumbnail image (like on XP),
rather than the fold-out Vista version? Thanks a lot. :)

When I set C:\ to only show list view, the "Computer" changes to be the
same. The same hapens if i change Computer to tiles, C:\ changes to
tiles. Is there something that I can fix? I've tried copying a
