I may be being a bit thick asking this, but i've installed steam, I'm
running Vista RC1, and all I get come up when I try to play cs or hl2 is
'game currently unavailabe, please try again later'???
My system is:-

Anyone else having problems with the Flight Sim x demo?  Managed to run it
once.  Fatal errors on launch subsequently.

Fifa World Cup 2006 will start up and then just hangs on a black screen
BattleField 1942 loads up and almost loads the map and then crashes

When I run a fullscreen game in Vista, the bottom quarter of the screen is
corrupt or solid white. This happens with both Direct3D and OpenGL games.

Let me tell you a simple fact about antialiasing...
72/96 dpi displays are the cause of antialiasing.
There are three options:
- Ignore it

I've got a problem with Oblivion. The game runs very jerky, ok for a few
seconds, then freeze for a few seconds, runs for a few seconds, then freeze
for a few seconds...

I wonder if anyone here could tell me if you tested games such as F.E.A.R.,
Doom3, Half Life 2, HALO on BOTH the 32 Bit and the 64 bit version of Vista?
Do they play on both?   Any downside to either?

I have flight simulator 2004 installed on Vista, but every time I start
flight simulator, the bluescreen appears, the computer performs a memory dump
and restarts. Please help me as I have spent loads of money on add-ons for
fs9 but now can't use them!!

every time i try to run aoe3 i get a dialouge box saying that the mp3 codec
is missing..
if i select run anyways, it works fine..
i have installed an mp3 codec and still get the same dialouge prompt.

guys i just got vista rc1 and it works perfectly with the aero glass and all
the effects,
but i dont think maplestory is compatible even after i tried the compatibly
program.

I'm trying to play guild wars on vista 5384. The game runs surprisingly good
compared to
the 99% of my other games that aren't runnig at all, or with major
performance degradations.

I can not get EQ1 to start up due to a missing direct x 9.0c file. I checked
dxdiag in Vista and found that Vista is running directX 10.0. Any one have
any work arounds for this issue
