Does windows vista run games without disks? If not then how do you get them
to do so? Does GameDrive 9 (PC) work on vista?

I wanted to play Medieval II: Total War on my new Vista Ultimate. I
reinstalled DirectX 9.0c and now I am wondering if, when a DX10 compatible
game comes out, will I be able to install DX10 again even though I have 9.0c
installed.

I heard about the ability to use 360 controls on vista for gaming.
But the problem is that I only have a single wireless control. Does this
mean that i cant connect it to the PC or will something be done to sort this?

Hi, I have Flight Simulator X ( Demo ) installed on RC2 5744. I do not have
a joystick or game controller. Is there one that will work with my setup and
if so what is it. I have looked through the Vista games, hardware and
general newsgroups but don't see anything about this.

OK, I happily installed Vista Business RTM. But when i opened the Game
Explorer, I saw zero games - no chess titan, no mahjon, no mines, not even

When I load a new game in the standard Turtle layout, EVERYTIME the top five
pieces form 2 matching pairs.  Try it:
1) Start Mahjong in the Turtle Layout

them on every system up through XP.
