ok i will explain my computer on my network worked fine 2 days ago.  
yesterday i was at a friends house and it worked fine today i am unable to
sign in to MSN or WoW on my network but i can still use explorer.  (what
makes it more confusing) my friend (a XP user) signed into both ...

I have Vista Home Basic and accidentally deleted "spidersolitaire.exe.mui"  
Where can I download this file since extracting it from the free tech upgrade
disk is impossible without re-writing windows.

My favorite gameing controller for RTS games.
But it wont install on vista, and Microsoft dont support old products.
The issue.
Installation consists of 2 parts

Is there anyway to transfer the two Vista Ultimate games (i.e.. poker and
the other one) to a non-ultimate version of Vista such as home premium??
Should be able to just copy the files??

I have Age of Empires 3 and Civilization 4 on my computer but for some reason
when I load them the mouse cursor disappears. Obviously you can not play the
games without the mouse so how do I fix this?

I just recently bought a computer for my mom and I've been trying to get the
"Reel Deal" games to work on Windows Vista.  It worked fine on Windows XP
(just slow because of graphics card and memory).  Installing the games isn't
the problem, the problem is when I go to click on ...

Using the browser method is difficult, it won't show what threads have been
answered. I tried accessing my ISPs news server via the Outlook Newsreader,
but it does not carry this newsgroup, only
"microsoft.public.windows.vista.general"

trying to load fsx but will only go as far as the installshield
wizard,toolbar still visible but screen is black and screen freezes,computer
and cards are all capable of running game easily,getting a little frustrated
as the game ran perfectly on my older and much smaller pc. ...

On a few programs, that worked fine on XP, that I use (both cd & online), the
full screen versions do not work properly. Instead of the program opening up
full screen and able to move furthur with the program, it opens full screen
with the pic split into 4 squares.

I have just installed call of duty I in my windows vista business.
The install process was ok.. but when I load the game there is no menu...
the links are there but they invisible.
What kind of error is this ? is there any fix ?

i installed mua and got it to play once but wanted to use my gamepad. so i
turned off the game plugged in pad tryed game and it wouldnt run. i unplugged
the pad tryed game again still nthing i tryed the compatibility wizard and it
wouldnt even start the game so i did it myself ...

i want to install halo 2 on my machine.  can i do that, uninstall it off that
computer and then install it on another one?
