I have several games, running properly in Win XP Prof SP2, and as I'm considering to migrate to Vista Home Premium I would like to know if somebody already ran them under the new OS. Here some of the games for which I would like to have your comments - other

I am using Windows Vista on my Macbook Pro with boot camp, and I just installed Viva Pinata. Every time I try to run this program it encounters an error and shuts the program down. I tried reinstalling the game but it still doesnt work. Does anyone know what might be wrong?

I've tried to install Microsoft Bicycle Board Games from year 2001 (not the 1.5 Version) on Windows Vista 64Bit (german OS) and I found no way to install the program. Short after setup launch the taskmanager shows rapidly spawn processes from the game installer with random names. ...

Did Bioshock or AnyDVD through a monkey wrench into the system? The sytem now crashes when attepting to install any PCDVD game. CD works fine though. Unistalling AnyDVD hasn't worked. A spare CD/DVD combo drive does the same thing so Im sure its not the hardware, also it ran ...

I notice that whenever I start Chess Titans, it opens in the middle of a game in which the machine is playing black. When I try to exit the game, it asks whether I'd like to resign or play on. Neither option has stopped the system from presenting the same mid-game scenario ...

because Vista does not support starforce protection I could not install Ubisofts Brothers in ARms ... they will not even answer any questions I post .... obviuosly they have become many of different vendors saying "We don't support Vista" ....

It'd be really nice to have an easy way to modify certain details in the game dir. Newer or obscure games don't get the pretty cover art, and some new games are (foolishly) coming out without Vista-ready icons. I know it can be reg-edited, but why should it need to be?
