I have a graphics subscore of 3.4. It's by far my lowest score on my laptop.
How bad is this score? Is it going to prevent me from playing a lot of games?

Hi.  I just recieved my computer a day or so ago, and the built in games
(such as chess and hearts etc) do not work.  They will load properly, and
sound will play, but the window of the game program is entirely black.
