Why the hell do people buy a laptop with vista then think it's gonna be a

how to run the sims 2 on vista? I have installed it but there is an

It started right after the latest updates, When I play a game like Joint
Operation, Rise of Nation Throne an Patriot, or FSX , Aero does not restart
whan I exit the game and the only way to make it work again is to use the
reset buttom otherwise it will not restart at all

I was recently updating one of my games on my laptop and i opened this file
and now everything  now opens with my game, for example if go to run internet
explorer or microsoft office i will get my game load up and nothin else this
is with every peice of software on my laptop.

planning on getting vista 64, just wanted to know if cod4 works
seamlessly, my real concern is punkbuster which installs with it...

I have just bought Farcry on budget label SOLDOUT
I have Vista 32 bit and when i insert disc the drive whirls round and lights
up but nothing
happens on screen at all

When I try to start GoW the game immediately drops to the taskbar! My mouse
is frozen. I have a workaround but I would rather fix it right. Please
advise...Vista 32...once the game runs all is great!

Brand new computer.
was running fine then it froze as my phone rang.
Completely dead. Left it for a while as i thought it might sort itself out
but nothing.

This is the first game I couldn't run.  Any ideas how to make this work, it
was originally designed to work with 98SE, ME, and XP, as far as I'm aware.
