I'm trying to install my HP PSC 1610 all-in-one printer (scanner and
printer) on my Vista build 3508.
I've tried several things:
- Setup with my user's rights: cannot install, I need Administrator

haven't tried it on later builds, as it's tedious to get a controller
working at all once the setup fails and doesn't roll back correctly, but on
5219 the driver and control panel software (version 4 I think) for my
Sidewinder joystick refused to install.

Does anyone know which (if any) UK DVB-T cards MS have tested or recommend
for use with Vista?
Asking as it looks like my BlackGoldTV DVB-T card is unsupported in Vista
and I want to purchase a new complaint card ASAP.

I have instaled sound card driver (Realtec AC'97) but WMP dasn't work, don't
playing mp3 files, live internet radio etc.
I haven't sound efects, it's like the driver is not enabled, but i Devices
Menager is corect.

my HDAD on board ASUS P5AD2-E Premium (C-Media 9880) is not installed
correctly and system wrote No Output Audio Device Installed.
In previous CTP build working fine.
Anyone have any ideas on how i can install the drivers?

The Big Quibble I have with Windows Vista at this point is over the *lack*
of support in the December and February CTPs for the AIW series (in
particular the AIW 9700 and above) for other than graphics (either VIVO or
TV tuner support).  Both the drivers included with the CTPs ...

Is anyone having problems with their mouse? mine has a very bad lag and
rather annoying

I just tried to install CTP Feb Windows Vista 64 bit. It doesn't find my
SATA 2 controller (which is part of the intel 955x chuipset). I have it set
for RAID mode. Intel's storage matrix driver (5.5) doesn't include support
for any version of Longhorn/Vista. Does Microsoft intend ...

Is anybody aware of any drivers available that will work within 5308?
Creative only appear to have drivers for 5270 which don't function correctly
and on reinstallation destroyed my build completely.

Anyone managed to get this Graphics Tablet working properly on Vista yet?
By default it *does* work, but the pen still works in 'mouse mode' and the
mouse is SOOOOOOOO slow, with no way to speed it up.  If I load the Wacom
driver, it just fails to work at all..

I have 5308 installed on my laptop and everything was ok until I
enabled the internal cardreader in the BIOS.
When enabled:
- Logon takes 4-5 minutes - Desktop background appears almost

I have a Dell 630m notebook and I'd like to know if the GMA900 graphic
card is supported by the 5308 build.

Wouldn't it be nice if Microsoft could get together with key hardware
manufacturers to provide working drivers whenever a CTP is released? My
SoundBlaster Audigy isn't supported in the latest release and the beta 1
version Creative provide on their site completely shafted my ...

I downloaded the nVidia drivers for Vista but they don't include drivers
currently for any cards other than those that are "Windows Vista Ready".  My
test machine is an Athlon XP 2800+ with a GeForce 2 GTS-V.  There is some
basic level of functionality with the built-in drivers ...
