Anyone know if there are any "working" beta drivers or a way to get the
Nvidia Gforce 6800 and the Soundblaster X-FI to work with Vista X64?  All
else seems to be going pretty smoothly so far, just need to get proper video
and audio (hehe kinda a important thing I would say!)

I recently installed Windows Vista Beta 2 build 5384.  I have a Microtek
Scanmaker 6000 that I can not find drivers for.  Any suggestions?

Hi there, I have a soltek FRN2-RL motherboard with Promise Fasttrack SATA
controller.
I have plugged in a Seagate 120 gig SATA150 drive. Vista seems to turn it
off (either that or my PSU is overloaded :P ) and when I access the drive it

I have a Radeon 9600 Series AGP video card.  Off from a fresh install off the
DVD Vista loads up MS WDDM drivers.  When i go into hardware profile it tells
me that the device could not start and gives me a Code 37 error.  When i load
ATI's drivers LDDM for Vista, i get a Code 43 ...

I have installed the new beta 2 release and I can not find the drivers for a
Microtek scanner.   Scanmaker 6000.  Any suggestions on how to get this
scanner up and running?

I've installed Vista on my laptop (FSC amilo M3438G) and it works great!
The only problem I have is that I cannot install drivers from nvidia
(v88.61) for my video card (GeForce Go 6800). The installation seems to be ok
but at reboot, the driver do not start (code 43 error)

I use a lot a CF II cards of different makes for transfering images from my
Cannon EOS 350d. Most of my CF cards work fine but Vista refuses to load
drivers for SanDisk cards but is happy with any other make. My SanDisk cards
work fine on XP pcs.

I am using a gateway mx7515 and when i install the 64bit version of vista
everything works fine except for my sound. I went to the gateway website to
find a driver but they only support xp. The type of sound card is a Conexant
and i've gone to their website but don't see anything ...

I have installed the 64-bit version of Vista beta 2 on a 60 gig ide hard
drive connected to my computer through a USB adapter.  I have a 64-bit
processor (AMD Athlon64 3500+).  It won't boot all the way.  After the

I have a Lite-On SOHW-832s. After upgrading the OS to Vista Beta 2 5384,
Didn't work. Seees it in the device manager but with the warning. Problem

Is there any way to get 3 DVI LCD's working with this setup?  I think the
problem is with the new WDDM driver model, and the fact that one card is PCIe
(2 DVI) and the other is a PCI.
Setup:

i tried this and it worked for me , from start up press f4.scroll down to
digitaly signed drivers ..........then press enter....system should
acknowledge sound devce..and hey presto ..........moosic
