If I have my external USB drive connected during start-up Vista doesn't see
it, but if I just unplug the USB cable and plug it back in Vista then sees it
OK.
Anyone any suggestions - rather annoying to have to keep plugging it in!

I have an ATI Radeon Mobilty X300 64MB dedicated video card which is
compatible with WDDM.  The windows vista perforamce rating area says that my
video card has only 32MB memory, and therefore will not allow me to enable
aero glass even at a 1024x768 resolution.  Windows XP did ...

Did anyone get the drivers for Vista 64 Creative SB Audigy 2 ZS working??
All I get is you must upgrade to Vista when I install the drivers!

I am loving Windows Vista but am having two huge isses. My HP Pavilion dv4000
worked fine at first. However, now the speakers sometime work and sometime
they don't. If I reboot, they will work but if I start doing a lot of work,
then they will just quit unless I go to Device ...

Okay, so like others, I've been having a lot of difficulty getting my SB
Audigy 2 working in Vista. I tried the Vista drivers, I tried the KX
drivers... nothing.
So... don't know why... but I tried downloading the 98/2000/XP drivers from

sorry but without drivers i can´t test vista. chipset drivers (i tested 5
different nforce packs for xp and vista), sound drivers,ethernet, usb dvb-t
stick... my device manager is full of unknown devices and if i install a
driver successfull another device gets unusuable.

I have ordered the Viata and it should be here in 3 weeks. My system is P 4,
1.6 Ghz processor, 512 MB RD Ram and SIS Agp card with 32 MB.
Will a 64 MB AGP card suffice for the Vista Installation.
Please somebody advise.

I did a clean install of beta2.
i have xpp installed on c: drive.
vista on the second partition of my primary drive.
during setup i partitioned and formatted the D: partition. expecting vista

I got the glass effect but I am not seeing the windows flip or any options to
activate it...and I have the latest beta 2 drivers for vista...is there
something I am doing wrong?

Does anyone know if there are any "working" drivers for the Soundblaster
audigy 2 card for the customer preview Beta 2 of Vista that was released
recently?

I have an ATI X800 AGP card that windows beta 2 laughs at and refuses to load
any drivers for it accept generic stuff with a refresh rate of -10 at least

much imprived but the genuin ati drivers dont seem ...

I call Asus they said they had no plans to do a driver for this 3c940. I need
