Multiple Display Adapters - Cannot get 2nd to work..09 Oct 2006 00:10 GMT2
I've got an ATI X800 PCI-E card as my main adapter, but I've got a Radeon
9250 and Geforce FX5200, both PCI. With Beta 2 I tried both cards and niether
worked, the driver for the 2nd card wouldn't load.
At the moment I've got the 5200 plugged in and its not working, but I read

I have a problem with 2 hardwares.
First is the Nvidia 5200 card with 128mb.
At some point during the operation, the Vista restarts itself and gives me a
fault in the nvlddmkm file. Also when i am trying to run media player it

My CD & DVD Drives quit working.  When I insert a CD on either drive, it does
not Autorun, nor can I access through Explorer.  I check Device Manager, adn
it does not show any problems with the drives.
Any suggestions?

at 1280x1024 connected to an Envision EN1410 LCD monitor configured at 60Hz.

Ok I too had my mouse, just flat out not working. It is an optical USB
Logitec run of the mill 30 dollar model or so. I just unplugged it from the
USB powered hub, which is not under powered, and plugged it into on open port
on the back of the machine and pow it worked!

Since I installed RC1 I cannot access my DVD-ROM, CD-RW, or DVD-RW drives.  
When I check the properties of the drives in Device Manager, this is the
error message that I get: A driver (service) for this device has been
disabled.  An alternate driver may be providing this ...

I got a creative SB 2 ZS sound card
it works fine for xp.
and when i goes to vista

I have an HP 7030us notebook. It has a touchpad mouse built in. I don't use
it, I bought a wireless notebook mouse. My issue is this, in XP, I could
disable my touchpad, and just use my regular mouse. However in Vista I

I have a question regarding my ATI Radeon X800XT resolution:
In WinXP I can get 1920 X 1200 @ 32 bits, but in Win Vista RC1 5728 ( as it
was in previuos builts) I can only reach 1920 X 1080.
