I get "USB device not recognized" when I connect my USB (Buffalo 2GB)
memory stick to my 5744. The same stick works fine in XP.
Anybody can help me with this.

I recently installed the vista rc2.
The Microsoft drivers for the chipset gave flickering when playing wmv files
on mp11., the media center was flickering - band of yellow/green lines
so i searched in intel website and downloaded drivers  .After installation

I downloaded the the vista compatibility check file to check my computer for
compatibility with the Vista OS.  That programs starts and runs the scan but
never finishes.  Is it possible that Vista 32 bit OS will not be compatible
with a 64 bit motherboard running a 32 bit ...

I just installed Vista RC1 and having trouble in installing Nvidia GeForce FX
5200. Got the latest Vista drivers from Nvidia site, however as they are not

I'm sorry if this question is already answered somewhere, which it probably
is, but if it is I didn't find it.
I was thinking of trying Vista, but since I play a lot of games and so, I
want to know that there are drivers out there and working for Vista. Since

I cannot start the Windows DVD maker and Movie maker in Vista. I get the
message that the video card does not support DirectX. Dxdiag both in Win XP
SP2 and Vista report no problems.

After upgrading my video card from a Geforce 5700 with 128mg ram to a Geforce
6200 with 256 meg ram my overall video rating went down. Has this happened to
any body else if so any ideas.
My system is a P4 2.8 gig proc with 1 gig of ram
