Can anyone interpret this Stop Error?06 Feb 2007 21:12 GMT2
I’ve upgraded to Vista Ultimate, and when using the burn to CD or DVD, I get
the following stop error:
STOP  0X00000124  (0X00000000, 0X855B2A10, 0X00000000, 0X00000000)
I currently don’t have any other burning software.  My computer is from DELL

I have been using my video capture device with no problems using Windows
Vista Ultimate until a few days ago.

I am having trouble with my audio driver. The names as they appear on the

Everything was running great on as Asus P5B Deluxe / E6600 with Vista Home
Premium when my Plextor PX-755SA DVD burner stopped working.  Pulled it out
and replaced it with an older IDE Plextor CD burner and the same thing.
Tried an other IDE DVD drive and still no go.

I have downloaded all the updates to the drivers and such and I still can't
turn up/down my brightness. It's on the lowest brightness right now and I

This is an informational post. If you don't use Ready Boost, in a dual boot

I'm an italian webdesigner and I installed Windows Vista Business last week
(as un update from XP Pro).
Before update, I transfer all files on usb drives (Maxtor 3200 and Samsung
USB pendrive).

Can anyone explain why, when uninstalling a network adapter class device, the
OS immediately reinstalls it. Sometimes even while the uninstall is still in
progress?
Furthermore, does anyone know how to stop this from happening?
