I installed Vista (Beta then upgraded to RTM). Sound card no loger working
(it is Voyetra TB Santa Cruz).   I could wait and hope for a driver,  Sound
card upgrades aren't so expensive, but ones I looked at don't say if they are

Okay, after vista reported that my Memorex traveldrive (4GB) is

I have just upgraded from win MCE to Vista Home Premium and after a whole
day of BSOD's I have finally got my system to boot correctly without blue
screening. I have a number of issues that I require help with.
Here is my sys spec

WinTV PVR 350, won't work with bios setting to AHCI.
Works with bios setting to IDE.
Device Manager shows Memory Range error when in AHCI mode.

I have updated the drivers for the Intel 82801ER SATA RAID Controller to
5.5.0.1035.  I simply cannot get Vista Ultimate to install- it keeps telling
me that the drivers are incompatible.  From what I can tell, people using the
beta versions and RC1 could get it to work, but here ...

Upgraded to Vista ultimate and it keeps dropping it's wireless connection to
my dlink router.  I even replaced the cheap Wireless adaptor I had working
with XP to a flashy dlink adaptor and it's still dropping !
