Everytime I try to open msn messanger I always get an popup saying that DEP

1. When I had Windows XP, the choice to view my graphics card interface was
an availible choice on the drop-down menu from right-clicking the desktop.
Also, when I use some programs, they say "No Graphics Accelerator Card Found".
