I installed Windows Vista on my primary work machine, and it's done well so far. Except for one thing. I have an intermittent problem where anything I do audio wise (Windows sound, mp3 file, wav file) generates a buzz in addition to the actual sound I'm trying to play.

The upgrade advisor says that Vista might not have drivers for this andto loook on manfactures web site for updated drivers, but it looks like Inprocomm haven't been in business since 2005. Will Vista stop this wireless device from working?

Major caveat -- I'm a software, not a hardware, person. Even though I've had a PC for many years, I break into a sweat every time I have to cable something. I rely on friends and relatives to tell me what hardware would work for my needs and I never, ever build my own machines.

thousands of people bought all in wonder cards and expected them to work in vista. Ati tech support says this is microsofts fault. We want our expensive harware to work asap!

I've just bought a new laptop (ASUS F3JC) with integrated bluetooth and running Vista to use with my 'old' iPaq 5450 that has too, a bluetooth connection. The aim is to synchronize my iPaq with the laptop, as I used to do it with XP.

I am running 32bit home premium vista. I have a Pharos gps that uses active sync. It works perfectly with XP, but not getting anywhere with the mobile device center that I downloaded. My guess is that mobile device center doesn't sync with Activesync... Does anyone else have this ...

I found a graphic card in bestbuy and the box only shows 8x in the front and notice the other card has 4x/8x in the box. My motherboard has 1.5v AGP slot only. Does this mean that i have to choose a graphic card that has both 4x/8x graphic card or is ok to get 8x graphic card. ...
