Using Vista HP x64. Energy management was working just fine. I do have wireless keyboard and mouse from MS but I don't know if this is the problem or not. I do have all the lastest drivers installed. I don't know

Ok here my problem.... I installed the Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Audio Sound Card and installed the updated drivers from the Vista driver from the Creative Website.

I've got a harddisk activity stronger than activity at bootup. It starts may be half an hour after boot. - I can only stop it with reeboot. Vista (Ultimate) is working normaly and fine exept of this harddisk activity noise.

I have a USB keychain drive that in "Disk Management" shows as "unreadable", yet if I take it to the office on XP Pro, or my XP Pro laptop, then it works fine. I've searched all over the internet, and have come upon no solution.

I had Nvidia driver 7.8.8 Vista update gave me a new driver. I could not find out how to tell what the new driver was until it was installed. The new driver was 6.14.10 ? How do i confirm the update before i install.The only info it gave me was the date and what it was for.
