I have begun to get incorrect symbols from my keyboard when I use Shift+?,
Shift " and Shift+/ when writing in MS Outlook 2003. Any suggestions for how
to correct this situation?

This is a SATA drive.  I am trying to find out if it will work with Vista.  
There is no indication on NEC's own website so has anyone installed it on a
Vista computer, or had success with any other SATA DVD writer?
All advice appreciated.

I have two 149Gb (160Gb specified) Drives set up as a mirror RAID.  
Vista says I have 103Gb free of 149Gb.  I only have 21Gb in all the files
and folders (hidden and not), what is occupying the 25Gb?

Just got a Dell XPS 410 running Vista. My floppy drive will not work. The
system sees it in the bios, sees it during boot, and will let me access it in
safe mode. Device manager says everything is fine, but when I try to access
