The monitoring tools in bios shows info about CPU/system fan control. What do all of the things under the CPU/system fan control mean exactly? Should the setting be change? CPU temperature 36c/96.5f

I've a problem with my Acer Aspire 5670: After updating my system from XP to Vista Home Premium the screen starts flashing and the gadget tells me that my CPU is, for example, in use for 95%. I've tried to update the system, but it doesn't help at all.

every time i shut down vista the sound drivers are changed , i then reinstall the latest realtech drivers but when i shut down my system they revert to ones that do not work . any way to stop vista changing the drivers ?
