...using a Sandisk 2 G Cruzer.  I have 1 gig ram.  My question is... do I
have to re-activate it every time I install the drive, or once it is
initialized, does Vista recognize & use it automatically when I plug it in?

I use a Logitech G7 mouse, I installed the appropriate vista drivers and
assigned my buttons to keystrokes.

i have a pny vibe mp3 player ( usb )  it is supported by windows 98 and up,
but it wont install on my vista but it does on a friends... 98 is the only os
that didnt have the driver built in..
 can someone help me?

I need to work and Windows Vista always crashes randomly when I use my
external USB Hard Drive. I have tried the drive in the same computer with
Windows XP and it does not happen. I have also tried it in other computers
and there were no problems. Is there any fix for this USB ...

Erm, think i asked the question in the subject line. may have over done it. :-)
Basically i got a vista ultimate comp coming next week, and really need an
internal pci fax modem for work on this system.
Anyone know if the zoom mentioned above will be compatable?

i successfully install vista, install my programs but after a while my
cd/dvd drives all vanish. I have tried restore, deleting drives and letting
windows find them upon reboot.
Any ideas?

Maplestory account but when I tried to type nothing worked. I've tried
restarting many times but that didn't work. I have Windows Vista 32-bit Home

I upgraded to Vista yesterday, and initially the display on my MAG
Innovision widescreen monitor was unchanged. I then downloaded updates,
and it no longer recognized it as widescreen. I can adjust the
resolution, but that looks like crap. I can't seem to find any drivers

Vista Home Premium, 2 GB RAM, 32-bit, Sony Vaio system.
When I insert a DVD in the DVD-RW drive, nothing seems to happen. The
DVD light flashes for a while, then stops.

Microsoft is run by numbnuts. I use a PS2 KVM made by Linksys and I
have both a Micorosft Explorer 3.0 and Logitech MX518 and they both
come with USB to PS2 adfapters so I connect them to the KVM using the
adapters. I have never had any mouse issue at all doing it this way on

When I plug in my ImageMate 5 in 1 reader, Vista reports it can't find the
drivers.  It also mistakenly identifies it as the ImageMate 9 in 1 reader.
I've gone to the SanDisk Web site, and there's nothing about any driver
updates for Vista.  Technical support says I need to ...
