Im looking for modems that work with Vista, but i can't seen to find any.
can anyone help me out, or point me to a website? (i found the microsoft one
but all it lists was chipsets and not actual modem models)

Hello, I have this problem after i tried to install a Kingston blue tooth
adapter. I can no longer install hardware drivers automattlicy, I
have to manually point to "C:\windows\system32" and have it scan that folder
for drivers. This is a PITA as i have to wade though 3-4 windows ...

It seems like I had a problem that many other did when i upgraded from XP to
Vista Home Premium, my DVD burner no longer worked (error code 39).  To fix
this I updated the regestry via the regedit command, deleting the lower and
upper filters.  

The mouse will no longer move after I upgraded from XP to Vista Ultimate,
none of the right/left click buttons will function along with the actual
movement of the mouse pointer. I have tried multiple mice and not one of them
has any change, as I still cant move the pointer.

I wrote a DVD-RW and then I placed a regular DVD (adobe CS2 install disk)
into my drive. Vista wont refresh and see the drive.
I have:
1. Ejected, Removed and Reinserted the drive

I install Realtek Ac'97 Audio using Window Update but realtek AC'97 Audio is
not listed in programs and features. I want to remove it to install the

Fix your sleep mode on Vista.
I see yahoos suggesting to these people, change your mother board, add more
memory, etc. It's your program software that is not working.

I'm building a new pc and running into an issue w/ the audio driver.
It's a Dell Optiplex 745. The audio driver is an:

My Dell XPS 600 was having video problems when booting so they replaced my
motherboard and video card, but now I can not get the NVIDIA driver
(released by NVIDIA on June 1, 2007) to install correctly in Vista.  The
Device Manager says "This device can not find enough resources ...

I get a message offering to install a PCI device when I reboot or refresh
Device Manager in Vista - yet no devices are shown to be Unknown.
The Unknown Devices program doesn't seem to work in my copy of Vista - all I

I installed a Vista Business edition on my computer
everytime i unplug my usb mouse, keyboard or any usb device from the usb
jacks on my computer, the comptuer loses power. every time i plug one in.. if
the computer is turned off, it automatically turns on!!!
