How to I create a boot CD or startup disk in Windows Vista? I can't seem to find a utility that is vista compatible and it looks like they removed the option from the control panel.

Hi, Hope someone can help. My computer locked up so I had to do a hard shutdown, on reboot all I get is a Long Beep(about 1.5 sec.) then about 10 sec. it beeps again and repeats. Help
