I'm running Vista Ultimate x64 and had my scanner working fine a month
ago.  It has gradually stopped working to the point where it isn't even
detecting it.  I've tried downloading drivers, updates, from Microsoft
and HP with no luck.  Any advice?  Thank you.

I have recently started again with my computer having formatted it and have
installed Windows Vista. For some strange reason my USB devices are not
installing. I know these work on Vista as they worked before the format.
When I plug in a device a message comes up saying New device ...

they were in XP...
but in vista, nothing listed under APPLE...  is that a sign that MS
killed apple???   lol...

I have had Vista now for a few months and everything has been fine, until now!
After Vista had installed some updates and I restarted my computer both my
DVD-ROM´s disappeared. I can see them in the Device Manager and have tried
uninstalling them and reinstalling but nothing seems ...

i have 4 gig of memory on my pc. i reinstall my vista. after the
installation, my machine said that i only have 3gig. where is my
remaining 1 gb (i put 4gb) on it. before i reinstall it my pc read my

ones from Vista....vista automatically installs the default drivers thus the
only way for me to update is to install the drivers on top of vista's default

I only have one blue tooth mouse and using it for both my office laptop (XP)
and home pc (Vista).
to reconnect the mouse on xp, I just simply need to right click on the blue
tooth icon, and select reconnect the blue tooth device again.

My mouse has 3 buttons. I want to give the function "back" to my third
button, but windows vista does not give me this possibility. Can you help me?
