I have checked with my ISP and the problem seems to be in Vista's Windows Mail.

I have ALL of the above...I NORMALLY use Outlook Express for my email and it
is synched as WIN MAIL which is what I have been using for over a yr..
Just downloaded Office 2007 and up pops Mircosoft Office Outlook and it
wants to be my MAIL program..I HATE this as it has messed up ...

Is there a way that I am able to block a particular sender so that the e-mail

I would like to automatically be cc'ed on all emails I send out (prefer BCC).
I can not find a way to set this up.  I don't want to have to insert my
address in the bcc field everytime I send out a message.  I looked at the

Windows Mail gives you some pretty nice stationery but in the "Help" section
it also tells you how you can download a lot more stationery.  I followed the
directions: Tools, Options, Compose, Stationery then Download More.  When a
new page comes up, I click on "Click on Download ...

I am not able to open .doc files attached to MS Mail emails. A message
appears that indicates that I don't have the proper File association.
How do I fix this problem?

I get the following error when I try to send / recieve. I have spent a couple
of hours with Cox support and they think it is a Windows Mail issue. Can
anyone help, or can I go back to outlook express?

When I'm going through my Sent and Deleted folders to get them cleaned up.
I'll click on and delete a file from either one of these areas however when I
do my entire Inbox will be deleted. Any ideas

Just got new PC w/Vista.  When sending email messages, the entire email
address is next to the TO name in outgoing messages.  How do I format Windows
Mail so the email address doesn't show in the outgoing messages.  Privacy
issues, ya know?

we can recieve mail fine, but messages go to outbox and won't send.....the

I have 1 mail account, account X.
I have setup this account in Windows Mail and it works properly.
I also have 1 account (account Y) that forwards the mail to account X.
Also this is working properly.

Sometime, but not always, I get disconnected as soon as I hit Send when using
my WaveBroadband email services.  I have a new Dell laptop with Windows
Vista. I'm using Kaspersky Internet Security.  Following advice from Gary
VanderMolen to Greg, I will turn off Kaspersky's email ...
