how can i send message from this

Is it possible to sort email by specified text within the body?  For
instance, is it possible to sort all email that might have a specific email
address listed within the body of the message?

How do you embed files or pictures in the body of emails with Windows Mail,
do you need specific settings or something---please Help???

I tried the recommended solution cocerning view all messages.  It was already
set to this option.

The new guy want's to get  exchange mail on his laptop, it's vista home.
I closed his outlook whent to the mail icon in control panel, added the
exchange account there but when it asks for the server address it can't
seem to connect.

In the original outlook express the message "envelope" is shut till you click
on it to open the message. How can I get the same thing with vista message
mail. It is impossible to see what I have alread read.

1.   My contacts were imported but not my groups. Can i import groups?
     To create a group it says to click on "New Contact Group" on the
toolbar but
     there is no such option?

My default email for everyday use is MSN Mail.  But when sending a website
page or a photo from Windows Gallery, my computer has always used the Window
Mail program... for some unknown reason these past few days when I try to
send a photo or a webpage like always....instead of ...

Hi, I have seen a problem with new mail recived!
Windows mail is config. not to delite the mail on the server!
1). When a mail is recived simply open the mail (read it) and close it.
2). Close windows mail

I have been using Windows Mail for over a year but suddenly today it has
asked me for my server login name and password, I have looked in Tools,
Accounts and Server to see my login name and I have put a new password in
there but when I try to use these to access my mail, it says ...
