How do I transfer songs in a file in my C: directory to my Library?

Prior to upgrading to vista home premium, i was able to record video thru
the front panel of my pc (HP Media Center M7250N).

I keep my music in Windows Media Player. I signed up to Rhapsody/Urge and
bought a disk. How do I import it from Rhapsody's my music to Media Players
my music? or can I?????????????????

Is there any other picture editor except Paint in Windows Vista?

I try to save a short clip tp my PC. When the resulting .wmv file is
played with Media Player, I get a "squashed" image in the top half of the
window and a solid color rectangle in the bottom half of the window. How can
I save the image properly?

Quicktime is not working wich means itunes is not working. when I try and
uninstall or reinstall it says
"the installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package.
this may indicate a problem with this package. the error code is 2738."

I downloaded the Media Player 11 and now a portion of the time videos I try
and watch pause every few seconds.  These irritating pauses do NOT occur on
every video, just some of them.

I finished making a video using Windows Movie Maker.  I played it all the way
through, then after publishing the file, several of my video clips aren't
there.  They're saved and I can watch them while Movie Maker is open, but no
video when I make the movie.  The audio is there, ...

After I publish a movie to my computer and play it back, in about the middle
of it parts are missing. They play as a black screen but the sound still
plays, then it contunes playing normally. Any suggestions on how to get it to
publish correctly?

I have both Ultimate 64 and 32 on dual boot on my computer.

i have been given a dvd of some family footage and i would like to edit it
into a organised film.  when i look for the files, there is an empty folder?  
what can i do to the DVD to allow me to use the footage - as some of it is
not so good!!
