I have a Dell desktop that came loaded with Vista Home Basic. Anytime I play music, either through iTunes, WMP, or CD, there is a noticeable periodic stuttering every 40 seconds or so. Will any new Vista Service Packs fix this problem? Or do I need to do something else? BTW, ...

I burned 9 hours of music on an audio cd yesterday and it worked fine. Now I need to burn another one with the same songs, minus a couple, and it keeps showing in the burnlist that it will take multiple cds. I don't think I changed any setting.
