Browsing the internet and downloading data - how do I establish as to how
much data I have downloaded? Are there any statistical tools that will
display this? For instance, I am trying to figure out how much data I
download per day for roaming purposes.

I'm running Vista (the full release version from MSDN) and I was hopeful that
