I can log in, get to my desktop, and do things for about 2 minutes, then the

I am using Vista Ultimate version 5381 and when hovering my mouse over text
it shows the text cursor but instead of it looking like an I it looks like a
T and there is a bunch of horizontal lines running accross, just wondering
if anyone else has this issue and if it is resolvable.

My system is P4 2.4. GHz, 512 of RAM, Vista Beta2.
When I open Windows Explorer on video folder(movie files there) and plan
