Everytime I turn on my laptop, the icons on the desktop are a different size.  
There are about three sizes that icons can be but Vista tries them all.
Vista has a mind of its own and the only thing that's predictable about
Vista is that it's unpredictable.

My System Vista Home Premium 32bit is no more able to find the
