i just installed vista onto my laptop and im having difficulty getting the
sound to work. when i hover over the icon on the toolbar it says no audio
output device is installed. can anyone help ????

When I booted up today, CHKDSK began running, but it freezes every time
it gets to 6%.  I have shut down and unplugged and restarted several
times, but it always freezes there.  I can't do anything once that
happens, except turn it off.

I have a problem with Vista, Windows Explorer regularly keeps crashing.
Each time it says it will look for a 'fix' online, then doesn't even advise
me that one isn't available. Windows Explorer crashes every 15 minutes, i

I have just wasted 20 hours between 2 days trying to get my system
restored.Once I had reinstalled vista and "ALL" of my programs and settings

I have had some irritating system lockups with my computer lately and I am
