I have been trying to get a Minolta magicolor 2300DL network
printer to work with Beta 2 for several days. It should work. I can ping the

Has anyone had any luck with installing an HP7310 network printer.
Vista does not like verison 4.7.0 express install on the cd. I am getting
error messages to try logging off and do a restart.
Vista also can not find the printer on the network when doing a search for

I installed an Epson 4180 Photo scanner - it copies and scans OK.
One thing I have learned with Vista - be persistent when installing things -
don't always fall for the ''it won't work'' thing - keep trying.

Vista upgrade advisor's only problem with my setup.  I was wondering

Why is it that Hewlett Packard never bothers to support their products when
systems change.
There were plenty of folks who go burned when upgrading their systems to XP.
HP simply said "buy new hardware."
