Well after a bit of research I've found that my Belkin F5U002 USB
Parallel Printer Adapter cable is, from what I can tell, not compatible
with vista.
So my questions are

Have Vista Ultimate installed and installed a Fax modem. Set it up using the
Windows Fax and Scan program. Am able to send but have not been able to
receive any faxes even though it shows Hello, Ringing- The call was answered
as a fax-Receiving page1.

We have Vista Enterprise and there is no Windows FAX and scan.
According to Microsoft's website, Vista Enterprise is suppose to have
Windows FAX and scan:

I am having trouble installing a Photosmart All in One printer. It keeps
coming up with a Fatal Error saying insufficient priviliges. Please help. I

When I go to print from MYOB V 17 the size of the text on the screen becomes
