FYI - F-Prot on 530827 Mar 2006 05:02 GMT2
F-Prot installs fine, but still won't do real-time monitoring. I suspect

Administrator isn't really Administrator. I played around with

Any Plans for a DISA Platinum Security Template For Vista26 Mar 2006 15:10 GMT1
We operate our company under the strict Ditscap regulations. Moving forward
with Vista, a security template that would be tailored and approved under
the DISA regulations would take the guess work out of compliancy.
Vista and security center26 Mar 2006 00:45 GMT3
I have seen that there is a new security center on vista.
I would like to add my own "application" to be monitored by this security
such as a normal antivirus program for example.
I wonder how I can "add" my application in it and how it works.

Office 2007 documents security question23 Mar 2006 03:23 GMT4
In previous versions of MS Office the office documents are stored in a
proprietary format. In Office 2007 they have switched to this new open xml
format. which is good for user manipulation and other cool stuff you can do
with XML. But it also opens the door to potential ...
Don't Install Avast! on 530822 Mar 2006 19:08 GMT14

Invisible Processes21 Mar 2006 12:37 GMT22

drop any mention of "security" from the hype.

I know there's file and/or registry virtualization and virtual folders in
Vista, but is it true Microsoft originally planned on running the whole Vista
operating system in a virtual environment by default as an added security
feature?

normal, I notice that you cannot logon with the built-in administrator
