Hello;
I'm running a program on Windows Vista build 5308.  What causes my program's
icon to have a superimposed Shield on it?  Also, what induces Vista to

I have just started working with Beta 2 of Vista and have been trying to fix

I have installed Avast 4.7 Home On Vista 5381 and it seems to work upto a
point, all it's processes are running but I have no Taskbar icon, it's not
hidden, it's just not there!

Consider me a complete newbie in this. I haven't even
