Hi,
How does one build in Vista a MSI package with elevated privilege such
that UAC dialog pops up asking for user consent to proceed (Allow
/Cancel) when the MSI setup is clicked upon?

I created a standard user account to use for my daily activities thinking I
could just use run as administrator when necessary.  I was thinking that
this "best practice" might actually be more practical on Vista whereas on XP
its not possible to "run as..." on control panel apps, ...

What's the difference between installing / running a program as the
Pseudo-Admin - and accepting UAC prompts, as opposed to launching the
process with "Run as Administrator"?

I have noticed that the Public folder allows users Modify files created by
other users. XP only allowed to Read. So I have checked Effective Permissions
