I need help with the following situation:
All attempts to create a new standard user account by means of the
prescribed procedure fail. The procedure is Start\Control Panel\User

Sometimes when I go websites, I find ads displaying info about me like my
location which is dead accurate.  It scares me a lot when ever I encounter
these ads.  Is there a way I can view all personal info on Vista and be able

i bought a new computer with Vista and i can't copy my some of my files from
my old computer because access is denied on some directories on the new
