AVG8 loads avgrsstx.dll inside of each loaded process i.e. in every process
there's a pointer of 4K to avgrsstx.dll (It uses 4K x  number of processes).
Why this horrible design in AVG8?

I've accidentally downloaded a program called 'WinSpywareProtect' and want to
delete it. However, despite having an administrator account, Vista tells me I
need permission - although I'm the only user!

Situation
Windows Vista keep's giving us messages that Windows Firewall isn't turned on.
