I recently ordered a new laptop that comes with Windows Vista Home Basic and I was wondering if it was fine to upgrade it to Windows Vista Home Premium. Will this cause any trouble or problems? Anyone know?

I ran the install several times it goes through all the phases gets to the completing install portion reboots....you get the Microsoft green scrolling bar then the screen goes blank and it sits there and never changes...Try to bring into safe mode but it said that you can't until ...
