Why would Microsoft have to HIRE people to troll here and say how good their
products were?

My new computer came loaded with Vista Home Premium. There are many instances
where I'd like to be able to boot to XP, but the Help says the earlier
Windows version must be loaded first or the computer might become inoperable.
The laptop came with restore disks, not a Windows ...

1. I just bought a new PC with Vista Home premium. It does not allow me to
access the accounts section in the Control Panel (nothing happens) or the
Parental control section. Anybody know what might be causing this?

I have 1 harddrive, 230GB, and have XP home on it right now. I want to resize
this partition, to say, 190GB, create a new partition with this free space,

I have seen other people saying their computers state that their "key is in
use" after re-installing. I have the same problem, but my computer states
