Need help, I bought new laptop with Vista windows, I did installed Yahoo
Messenger but unforetunately, I can't SIGN in the PASSWORD...always saying

I am having trouble setting up my windows Vista mail, where can I find out

After upgrading to Vista I have a directory on my C: drive called $Windows.~Q
and I don't know what it is. It looks like it is a copy of the old Windows XP
installation but I am not sure. The question is can I safely delete this
directory and all of it's contect?

I have upgraded from XP sp2 to Vista Enterprise.
Everything looks good, but my networking does weird.
