Inclosed is a screenshot of the error. I have tried installing about 5 times
and keep getting the same error. I did the Microsoft update and still it

my motherboard died not to long ago, so i had to reinstall vista (have home

Clean install of Vista Ultimate.  The system run for 4 days.  Now, after it

Ok, I can see that "Add Remove Programs" (appwiz.cpl) has changed to
"Programs and Features" in Vista.
But what happened to the "Add New Programs" tab?  Is there a security
setting to enable it?
