I get an error message when I try launching lotus notes 6.5.5 on windows vista business edition. I think it is conflicting with the preinstalled google desktop on Vista. Any ideas?

My company is testing Vista with our software. Under XP, the fonts get copied to the fonts directory and will appear in Word. The fonts are copied the same way in Vista but they do not appear in Word. Is there some command line tool that must be used to install fonts?

I recently bought a laptop and it has no installation disk included for Vista. Yes, I've backed everything up, but would still like to have an installation disk -- as I prefer a clean install once every 18 months or so. Is this something microsoft will provide at a cheap cost?
