I have Vista x64 and XP (32) on same machine (dual-boot). Yesterday, I left my Anti-virus scanning and left the workstation for an hour or so. When I cam back, the system was ''sleeping'' (as I am used to it under XP too).

OK - new system is up and running. I have a system drive with three partitions. First partition (Primary active) I installed XP. Second partition ( Primary) I will install Vista Home Premium, third partition ( extended logical drive ) will have programs, etc.

my mother just bought a new labtop and is trying to set it up to use it wireless. She has windows vista on it and I am not sure how to set it up with vista, I have XP. How do you set it up with vista? Thank you

A few months ago my neighbor got a new computer that has factory installed Vista on it. Up front ... I know little to nothing about Vista. I use XP; and plan to do so as long as I can.

We just received new notebook with Vista Home Premium. It also has Microsoft Office 2007 Student and Teacher Edition (60-day trial). We would never use this program and wonder if it can be deleted? Or is it tied in (shared) to other MS programs? Very confusing indeed.

Hi everyone. I'm having problems installing Vista OEM x64 on my machine. I'm doing fresh install and boot from Vista x64 DVD. First it copy installation files to temporary folder, then when the visual vista theme appear, it tooks VERY long time before it pop up language and keyboard

I just got a new HP Compaq Presario Desktop 3800+ because I was told that I can wipe out the Vista OS and install XP. Well, I used Parted Magic to erase the drive, and used the original XP install disk from my old computer. XP runs okay, but I can't get an internet connection.
